VEG.ARMY is a small group of friends, designers, cooks and curious eaters who got tired of two things: the old narrative that turns plant-based food into a lecture, and the price tag that still keeps a lot of vegan products out of everyday kitchens.
Who we are
We are not nutritionists, we are not preachers and we are not influencers. We are people who cook, travel, raise kids and walk dogs β and who, along the way, have chosen to put compassion on the menu. This site is the place where we share what we learn: recipes, products that work, news worth reading, petitions we believe in.
What we believe
The fastest way to spread vegan culture is not to push, but to lower the friction. Tasty recipes that feel familiar. Honest information without scare tactics. Products you can actually find and afford. A community where you are welcome whether you eat plant-based seven days a week or just on Mondays.
Every single plant-based meal counts: for animals, for the planet, for your own body. We want more of those meals to happen β not because somebody felt guilty, but because the choice was easy and joyful.
How you can help
The more people choose plant-based, the cheaper, more available and more ordinary these products become. So the simplest way to support the cause is to keep exploring: try a new recipe, swap one ingredient, share a story. Every shopping basket that leans a little more toward plants pulls the whole supply chain in the same direction.
We also self-fund this project through a few Amazon affiliate links β read the Manifesto to see how that works (and how a single click can help us with zero extra cost on your side).
