Spiced Roasted Sweet Potatoes

INGREDIENTS
- 800g sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lime
- Fresh coriander

Spice up
Toss the wedges with oil, paprika, cumin, chilli flakes and salt.

Roast
Lay on a single layer on a tray. Roast at 220C for twenty-five minutes, turning halfway.

Char check
Look for crisp edges and tender middles — give them five more minutes if not deeply browned.

Finish
Squeeze lime juice over the warm wedges and shower with chopped coriander.
